MEET YOUR DRIVERS
jON DUTOIT
Jon DuToit grew up in the Twin Cities and played college golf at the University of Minnesota. After college, he spent several years with an awesome ministry called College Golf Fellowship, mentoring student-athletes across the Midwest on and off the golf course. Jon and his wife, Katelyn, married in 2022 and have a young daughter who keeps life fun and busy. Today, he works at Tradition Capital Bank, serving clients by building long lasting relationships. Jon is excited to help lead The Morning Drive, combining his passion for sharing the hope of the gospel and providing a safe space for men to grow in life, faith, and leadership.
DAN FAGAN
Dan is the CEO of Tradition Capital Bank. He has been with Tradition since its inception in 2005, starting his career with the FDIC back in 1993. Dan grew up in Chicago, met his wife Susan on a bank exam, moved to Minnesota in 1997, and has been married over 30 years. They have three boys and live in Excelsior, Minnesota. The Fagans enjoy time on the lake and spending time with friends and family. But most important to them all is their faith and relationship with the Lord.
TANNER MORGAN
Tanner Morgan is part of The Morning Drive team, bringing a unique blend of on-field experience and off-field perspective to the conversation. A former Minnesota Golden Gophers quarterback, Tanner spent his playing career under center in the Big Ten before transitioning into coaching, speaking, and ministry. Today he serves as the Ministry and Marketplace Director of Uncommon Ministry, where he's passionate about developing character, faith, and leadership in the current and next generation of leaders. More importantly, Tanner is married to his wonderful wife Sarah and is dad to their two little girls, Isla and Margot.
KEVIN O’Leary
Kevin O’Leary grew up in Wisconsin and played college hockey at the University of St. Thomas, where he developed a lifelong passion for the game and its relationships. He has been married to his wife, Steph, for 17 years, and they are raising three boys. Professionally, Kevin has spent the past five years with Marsh McLennan Agency, helping clients navigate risk through business insurance. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his sons’ hockey teams and investing in the next generation through sports. Since 2003, he has also helped lead Hockey Ministries International, combining his love for hockey with his faith by supporting players, coaches, and families and sharing the message of Christ within the hockey community.
